Spectral horse so swift
you run through the hills at night

Ah, I understand. They can get very, very spooky. I personally like the more light-hearted kind, where if there are ghost stories, the ghosts are a bit on the nicer side.

Intermittently, and I never came away with real meaning for the figure other than the usually-ominous sort of signaling intended in a story about something else entirely. I’ll give some thought to it. The specific meaning you’ve presented here is new to me and of course prompting of some digging. 💙
