By Joyce Jacobo
[Author’s Note: I decided to try my hand at a 50-word story, otherwise known as a “mini-saga” (or a “dribble,” I guess). Hope you enjoy it!]
“Now, tell me again how this happened, Private Daffodil?” Doctor Illogical asked, one bushy eyebrow raised.
“Commander Melvin wanted to test our space station’s new teleportation system.”
The oozing monstrosity on the lighted platform waved a tentacle at them.
“I see.”
Just another day on the job.
Wonderful dribble, Joyce. You keep introducing me to so many different forms and I am loving it. Thank you.💕

Awww, thank you so much! I’m thrilled you enjoyed the story. It was the first time I had written a tale with a 50-word limit, but it was a lot of fun to do.
