Happy Easter! Spring really is in full swing now, and it is a time to celebrate new life and fresh starts. So many has happened, but I think life is moving in a brighter direction for me, thanks in part to this WordPress blog, and friends’ advice here and on DeviantArt.
Being able to point out works samples posted on WordPress for employers made a huge difference when applying for the book reviewer position through the US Review of Books, and hopefully other opportunities will open up for me in similar ways as a freelance writer.
Does anyone have advice, such as perhaps taking commissions for different writing projects? I’m still learning, so every bit of guidance is helpful.
